Moorings & Logistics
As this is the first event in the Tour, members will 'meet and greet' participants and a dedicated reception desk for the event will be provided as a focus for all participants (competitors, partners and support team).
Launching & Mooring: Hamble Yacht Services by individual arrangement for boats, containers and support boats.
RSnYC will clear their pontoons in front of the club and the Harbourmaster is prepared to reserve the pontoon off the Harbour Office and, exceptionally, allow boats to be double-banked.
Boats will remain in the Hamble for the weekend and move to Cowes on 1st July. That weekend is the traditional Round the Island Race in which some 1,200 boats will race, so Cowes will be a bit busy!
